Brian Mone has mediated thousands of cases over the past fifteen years. He has mediated a significant number of high profile cases including the DelValle v. Bechtel Big Dig tunnel collapse, the Middletown CT Kleen Energy Gas plant explosion insurance priority dispute, the New York City Deutsche Bank fire cases, Hurricane Katrina insurance coverage, EIFS cases out of the United States District Court, Eastern District of North Carolina and District of Massachusetts, Horace Mann sexual abuse cases, Salem Power Plant explosion, Merrimack Valley gas explosion cases and many others. Mr. Mone was a practicing trial attorney for 23 years in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Mone tried hundreds of cases in the Superior Courts and the United States District Court of Massachusetts, before judges and juries, on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in cases stemming from construction site accidents, contractual indemnification claims, premises liability, product liability claims, unfair claim settlement practices, motor vehicle accidents, fires, M.G.L. 93A claims and insurance coverage disputes.

In his career as a mediator he has served as a guest lecturer on mediation and arbitration for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education program as well as for insurers, plaintiff’s groups and the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association.
