Professional Experience
 

1973-1974, Law Clerk the Judge Raymond Flanagan of the Superior Court of New Jersey in a session devoted to civil jury trials.

1974-1976, Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Central Appellate Research Supervisor, responsible for researching and assisting in the preparation of opinions for the eighteen Judges of the Court.

1976-1979, Law Offices of Willis A. Downs, Brockton, Massachusetts. General practice with an emphasis on litigation in all courts.

1979 – present, Mone, D’Ambrose & Hanyen, P.C., general civil practice. Trials in Federal and State Courts, both jury and non-jury involving construction accidents, motor vehicle accidents, product liability, and copyright law. Experience in various arbitration forums as a representative of contractors, insurers, plaintiffs and defendants.

Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, Commonwealth Mediation and Conciliation, Inc. and by private appointment.
