STANDARD FEE SCHEDULES

Mediation

$400 per party; payable in advance; includes two hours of mediation time. Additional time available at $200 per party per hour. When the matter is resolved, we have releases, agreements for judgment, and stipulations of dismissal available. Half-Day mediation at $1600, divided equally among the parties. Full-Day mediation is $3200, divided equally among the parties.

Arbitration (single arbitrator)

$400 per party; payable in advance; includes two hours of arbitration time. Additional time available at $200 per party per hour.  Half-Day arbitration is $1600, divided equally among the parties. Full-Day arbitration is $3200, divided equally among the parties. A written decision will be provided to each party within twenty business days.

Arbitration (three member panel)

$800 per party; payable in advance; includes two hours of arbitration rime. Additional time available at $200 per party per hour. A written decision will be provided to each party within twenty business days.

Mediation/Arbitration

$400 per party; payable in advance. One hour of mediation followed immediately, if unsuccessful, by a binding arbitration hearing.

Case Evaluation

$200. Completed case evaluation form will be reviewed and a written opinion provided as to the value of the claim. Oral presentation and verbal opinion, $500

Other Services

Conciliation, mini-trial, fact finding, last best offer arbitration and other specialized services priced on an individual basis.

Cancellation Policy
If a case is cancelled, for whatever reason, 5 or more business days prior to the scheduled hearing date, one-half of the hearing fee is due from each party, no matter who cancels the hearing. If a case is cancelled less than 5 business days before the scheduled hearing, the full fee is due from all parties.
