COMPANY HISTORY

Commonwealth Mediation and Conciliation, Inc. (CMCI) was founded in 1992 by Paul A. Finn. Paul began CMCI after serving as a plaintiff’s attorney for more than fifteen years. CMCI’s foundation is built on Paul’s respect and compassion for both parties in a dispute and his overall admiration for the legal profession and our country’s judicial system. Over the past fifteen years, Paul mediated and/or arbitrated more than 4,500 cases ranging from high-profile, media-driven arbitrations to complex, multi-party mediations. This broad range of experience on diverse cases enables CMCI to provide customers with fair and impartial ADR services resulting in the most effective outcomes.
